ST taken from an ugly existing SRT at the right FPS but full of random offsets, with lots of issues, many of which - but not all - have been fixed. If the often lazy translation has not been revised, everything has been resynchronized, admittedly without too much delicacy, with a little reformatting, for a result that is understandable but unpretentious
