Tonight on The Profit, Marcus Lemonis is in Morris, Illinois hoping to make a deal with Rayjus. Rayjus is a sports apparel company that specializes in fishing apparel. The name Rayjus is a combination of the first names of owners Ray Odom and Justin Romines. Rayjus has poor employee morale and unfocused owners, including one with a troubling side gig as a radio DJ.
